This four hours course is customized for the client company. The details of the course will be defined according to the needs of the client company.
He will teach attendees how to apply the techniques, tools and thinking of service designers, to the unique position of innovation labs and start-ups, and touch upon start-up specific thinking, such as experimentation, customer development, lean scaling and research.
